🍳 That’s My Jam – Bee Cave
This cheeky new brunch spot lands mid-May at The Galleria in Bee Cave—right across from the future Trader Joe’s (so you can plan your snack run accordingly).

Expect breakfast classics, lunch staples, and a cozy space that transforms into an event venue after 3 p.m. It’s taking over the old Louisiana Crab Shack, with plenty of jam, jokes, and pancakes to go around.

🍓 Bondi Bowls – Steiner Ranch
This national food truck chain is rolling into Steiner Ranch in early June with fruity vibes and fresh fuel. Bondi Bowls serves up acai bowls, smoothies, juices, and snacky staples like granola and bananas with peanut butter.

It’ll be the second Texas location—and a welcome addition for anyone craving something cool and healthy after a Lake Austin hang.

🥗 CAVA – Bee Cave
CAVA is bringing customizable Mediterranean bowls, pita wraps, and plenty of hummus to Bee Cave by late 2025.

A convenient pickup window is on the way, pending final site approval—because who doesn’t love a little tzatziki on the go? Whether you're a bowl enthusiast or pita lover, get ready for a fresh, fast, and flavorful experience just around the corner.

💧 Bee Cave Backs Water Conservation Bills

Bee Cave City Council has thrown its support behind two state bills aimed at protecting local water supplies. The legislation would require stricter permitting and closer monitoring of groundwater use in the Hill Country.

City leaders say it's a step toward safeguarding long-term water access as development grows in the region. The city also encouraged residents to stay engaged as the bills move through the state legislature.

🚸 TxDOT Plans Safety Upgrades at Key Westlake Crossing

TxDOT is moving forward with improvements at Bee Caves Road and Camp Craft Road to address child pedestrian safety concerns. The intersection, located near multiple schools, will get new signals, better signage, and a sidewalk extension.

The upgrades come after ongoing community concerns and input from the Eanes ISD community. Construction is expected to begin in late 2025, following design finalization and right-of-way acquisition.
