Loop 360 – Westlake Drive/Cedar Street
Both bridges in this section are now open, while excavation work on the main lanes continues. Traffic signals at Westlake Drive were relocated to permanent structures on January 23. The project includes removing signals from main lanes, constructing an underpass beneath cross streets, and adding shared-use paths and sidewalks. Completion is expected by mid-2026.
Loop 360 – Courtyard Drive/RM 2222
Excavation is underway on the west cliffs along the southbound lanes. The project will remove traffic signals from the main lanes, build an underpass at Courtyard Drive, and reconfigure RM 2222 into a diverging diamond interchange. Shared-use paths and sidewalks are also planned. Construction is set to begin in mid-2026, with the completion date to be determined.
