The Gist: Lakeway City Council voted 6-1 on Aug. 18 to reject a developer’s request to convert the planned Lakeway Heights project into a condominium regime. The 13.4-acre development near Lake Travis Elementary was rezoned in January for 82 single-family homes, but developers sought to switch the plan to condos.
